The Association of Economists and Managers of Montenegro (AEM MNE) in cooperation with the International Chairman\u2019s Forum from Great Britain and the University Donja Gorica organized the XIX Regional MILO\u010cER DEVELOPMENT FORUM in the period 16-18 September, 2014 in Hotel \u2019Maestral\u2019, Pr\u017eno, Milo\u010der.
\nThis year Forum focused on business in the area: \u2018Creativity, Innovation, Design\u2019 in the course of the four year long period of work through seven panels brought together a lot of exhibitors, modelers and participants from all the countries in the Region and the Europe, where particular attention was given to creativity in the economy, education, development, innovation, the support to creative economy, creative information technology, and innovation statistics.
\nBusiness area would be financed by the EU funds, especially by the HORIZON 2020 entitled: \u2018Creativity, Innovation, Design\u2019, so that this year Milo\u010der Development Forum can affect the creation of new concepts and innovations, new design of our products and services, development of national business and therefore of our economy.
\nThe main message of this Forum is the respect for tradition, something immanent to Montenegro, and the identity preservation as well which is the basis of success and further development since it is the best way to the contribution to the further development; the creativity, innovation, design are the basis for further business, development of the economy and of all society, therefore it gave the abetment to the interregional networking and linking of the individuals, institutions and countries through the mutual tolerance, understanding and cooperation.
\nAt this significant occasion in organization of the economic branch of Montenegro, among the other guests in attendance thereof were the Director of the PPA, Mr DSc Mersad Mujevic, and Assistant Director, Mrs Mara Bogavac.
\nAs the public procurement represent important market in our country and in the region, allocation of the public funds in its significant part to the gross domestic product (GDP), spending a lot of money by the public authorities on public procurement purchasing, economic and rational use of the public funds in the public procurement procedure and the selection of the most favorable bid can affect the growth in economy, and was it also through creativity, innovation and design, the participation in the forum would be of particular importance. <\/p>\n
