In the premises of the Old Government’s building, the award ceremony of the certificates for public procurement officers was held today, starting at 11h. The procurement officers who were awarded those certificates had successfully passed the program for professional development and they had passed the professional examination for performing public procurement tasks.

The second group of certified public procurement officers was today handed the certificates by the Director of the Public Procurement Administration PhD Mersad Mujević, as well as the member of the State Commission for Control of Public Procurement Procedures Mr. Omer Mehmedović and the staff of the Public Procurement Administration.

The Director of the PPA, in his welcoming speech, thanked and congratulated the present public procurement officers and invited them to contribute to strengthening and improvement of the public procurement system in Montenegro through continuous collaboration.

The award ceremony was today attended by around 70 officers who had, during the period February-May 2013, successfully passed the professional examination for performing public procurement tasks.
