Invitation for the interested public to submit their suggestions in relation to the Proposal of the Decree on Centralized Public Procurement and the Proposal of the Rulebook on Method of Conducting Simple Procurement

Ministry of Finance prepared the Proposal of the Decree on Centralized Public Procurement and the Proposal of Rulebook on Method of Conducting Simple Procurement, in accordance with the Public Procurement Law (Official Gazette of Montenegro 074/19 of 30 December 2019).

The interested public is invited to submit proposals, suggestions and comments by March 20, 2020, to the Ministry of Finance – Directorate for Public Procurement Policy (address: 2, Slobode Street Podgorica, mail: mf@mif.gov.me, javne.nabavke@mif.gov.me ).
