The Workshop aimed to offer simple and practical guidelines in order to improve the quality of the PP in health sector in line with good European practice. In this respect, the Workshop would be very helpful for the participants to understand in better way and to use technical specifications, life cicle costing, pricing mechanisms and economic evaluation of the most favouable bids, offering information and examples how the framework agreement to be used in the EU Member Countries as regards Public Procurement in health sector.
