On 27 February in Hotel Podgorica, the Centre for Democratic Transition organized a conference titled “Good Governance in the State Administration of Montenegro“. Since the Public Procurement Administration of Montenegro recognized the importance of this event, the Director of the PPA, Mr Mersad Mujević DSc took a part in the above mentioned Conference. The Conference was organized within the framework of the DURBIN Project (good governance – better institutions), which has been addressing one of the key challenges of democratization in Montenegro – establishment of a good governance system at the national level.

Centre for Development of Non-Governmental Organizations (CRNVO) organized a one-day training on 7 February 2012 with a topic “Active Involvement of the Civil Society in Development and Implementation of Public Policies“. The Public Procurement Administration publishes the presentation from the above mentioned training, attended by our representative Mrs Ljiljana Nikolić.

Form for records on cooperation between the State Authority and the NGO

Cooperation between the Directorate and the NGOs is also reflected in the fact that the Directorate answered to all invitations and participated actively at the conferences, roundtables, seminars, workshops and other events organized by the NGOs, having as their topics the following: public procurement system in Montenegro and region, fight against corruption, implementation of the Law on Free Access to Information. It is worth to mention the “National Conference on Anti-Corruption Policies“ – organized by MANS and held annually , then the roundtable organized by INSTITUTE ALTERNATIVA with a topic “Public Procurement in Montenegro – Transparency and Responsibility“.
