In accordance with the Article 60 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law (Official Gazette of Montenegro 42/11), the public procurement officers, the employees of the competent state authority and the commission in charge of control over public procurement procedures who perform administrative and related technical tasks, are obliged to undergo professional development and training and to take professional examination for performing public procurement tasks.

Accordingly, a training for taking professional examination for performing public procurement tasks was held in Podgorica, on 21 January 2013. About 50 officers took part in this training.
