Seminary on the topic: ’Conflict of interest – New Law on prevention of conflict of interest and the Amendments to the Law; limitations on the exercise of public functions; gift notification; conduct of proceedings before the Commission; Public Procurement and Conflict of Interest; Internaional experience, EC recommendations of the European Commission and penalty provisions’

The First Educational Seminary intended to public officials was held by the Commission for the prevention of conflict of interest at the Sport Center Hall in Nikšić, on April 2, of the current year. Besides the representatives of the Commission the lecturers who participated in the Seminary were the Director of the Public Procurement Administration, DSc Mersad Mujević and experts of the State Commission for the prevention of corruption of the Republic of Macedonia.

Local public officials from the Municipalities of Nikšić, Šavnik and Plužine, magistrate judges, judges of the Basic Court and the prosecutors of these Municipalities, NGOs and the media were in attendance to the Seminary.
