Third meeting of the Accession Conference with Montenegro at ministerial level – key Chapter 5 – PUBLIC PROCUREMENT opened among others – Brussels, 18 December 2013

The third meeting of the Accession Conference with Montenegro at Ministerial level was held today in Brussels to open negotiations on Chapters 5 – Public Procurement; 6 – Company Law; 20 – Enterprise and Industrial Policy; 23 – Judiciary and Fundamental Rights and 24 – Justice, Freedom and Security.

The Third Stabilization and Association Committee Meeting was held on December 5 and 6, 2013 in Podgorica, in Property Administration (old Governmnet buliding, Jovan Tomasevic Street nn)

It was discussed upon the fulfilment of the political and economic criteria of acession and the implementation of the Stabilization and Association Agreement.
