Members of the Committee for the European Integration considered the Draft of the negotiation position of Montenegro at the Inter governmental Conference for accession to the EU under the Chapter 5 – Public Procurement familiarizing themselves with already achieved working dynamics and planned activities of the Working group to the opening of the Chapter at the Inter governmental Conference for accession of Montenegro to the EU. Positive opinion was put forward to the Draft of the negotiation position of Montenegro.

Draft position was presented in the closed session due to nature of the document labeled as secret by Mersad Mujevic, The Head of Public Procurement Administration and the Chief of the Working Group for the negotiation Chapter 5 in attendance of Milivoje Jurisic, the Secretary of the Negotiation Group.
The Committee unanimously brought the positive opinion on the Draft of the negotiation position for the Negotiation Chapter 5 – Public Procurement notifying the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration thereof.
