The Public Procurement Administration, in collaboration with the Network for Affirmation of the NGO Sector – MANS, held a forum dedicated to the Amendments to the Public Procurement Law, on Friday, 17 April 2015

The Public Procurement Administration, in collaboration with the Network for Affirmation of the NGO Sector – MANS, held a forum dedicated to the amendments to the Public Procurement Law on Friday, 17 April 2015. The said amendments are about to enter into force next month.
The Forum was organized in Bijelo Polje, in the hall of the Municipal Assembly, and the representatives of the parties covered by the Public Procurement Law took an active participation, along with the bidders from the northern municipalities who participate in public procurement procedures. The Forum was attended by about 50 participants..
The speakers at the Forum were representatives of the Public Procurement Administration – Ms. Mara Bogavac, Assistant Director of the PPA, Ms. Sandra Škatarić, the Head of the Department for professional development, training and international cooperation in public procurement field within the PPA, Mr. Tomo Miljić, member of the State Commission for Control of Public Procurement Procedures, and Mr. Vuk Maraš, Director of the Monitoring Program of MANS.
After the lecturers’ introductory speeches, the discussion followed at which the participants demonstrated a great interest for the new amendments to the Public Procurement Law, and the experiences acquired through the practice so far were also shared.

This was the first forum dedicated to the amendments to the Public Procurement Law, and it was agreed that MANS and the Public Procurement Administration are going to organize the next such forum in Bar, on 27 April 2015.
