The Conference was hosted by the Network for the Affirmation of the NGO Sector (MANS) with the support of the Delegation of the EU to Montenegro, the British Embassy in Podgorica, Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland, German Council on Foreign Relations, the European Fund for the Balkans and the Open Society Foundation Think Tank Fund.

On behalf of the Public Procurement Administration its active participation confirmed Mrs Ljiljana Nikolic who was in attendance at the Conference.
